2022 in review

Denver, Dallas, Pagosa Springs, San Diego, Santa Fe, Raton, Anaheim, Amelia Island, London, Paris, Normandy, and Dallas (again). 2022 was the year of travel! Many of the trips were work related, but the travel abroad was a long-delayed celebration of 20 years of marriage (22 by the time we got there).

2022 provided many milestones and celebrations, but also times of grief as we lost loved ones and hopes were deferred. Flexibility was key as things seldom materialized the way they were planed for or imagined.

My personal and professional focus was radically shifted in 2022 as I found myself working in a new industry (solar microgrids) and engaged in new partnerships. Hungry to Learn to a backseat to Curiosity not Judgement.

So much more could be said about this past year, but I’ll make this short and sweet. God is good. Life is full of challenges. I’m thankful for the lesson that joy is a condition of the heart that can supersede circumstances.

Journey on friends. Look for the beauty wherever you find yourself. Be intentional.

With love and blessings,

Birga
